Steelrode has several steel production solutions (such as the press line tool for processing steel) for eager customers who require massive amounts of work and refined details that would require that multiple processes be put in order. This is a type of production solution that is more than suited for running cut blanks (be it circular or square), or perhaps even for coil feeding that is delivered directly into the press. This particular toolset in our plant consists of several tools and tool changes that work in unison to produce the product that you require. Any changes are effortlessly carried out through the long side of the press line machine. The hydraulic press line then runs at a continuous rate with its robust guiding that assures the very best possible absorption of all and any deflection forces.
Other features include a transfer feeder that is especially designed for press line automation with all the requisite toolsets included, all in multiple steps that work in unison to produce the desired steel product. Our machine has three axes and is conveniently mounted directly onto the press frame for ease of use. The transfer feeder rails (mounted to the press line machine) are where the gripper’s fingers are mounted; these are also easily exchanged when running any steel products that may need a different operating tool. Finally, from the operator’s terminal in the plant, one can experience optimal control and complete supervision of the entire press line. This terminal will then control and supervise all other machines in the line.
